Most teams work on java, oracle weblogic running on vmware, nothing too fancy Some teams work on cloud based tech stack Depends on team.
I am told that I would be hired for IQ and Intelligence team.Would be helpful if you could give an insight of it. Also what are growth aspects after working there like do the employees get call from big tech companies through linkedin or naukri?
Sorry not sure about that team, don’t expect Paytm level of tech, can say the same for peers too, don’t expect any improvement there as well. In terms of future propositions, there’s no significant brand value addition but recruiters do reach out and people have moved to Amazon/Microsoft/Google etc
Thanks for the insight man.
Don't join any Airtel group companies. Airtel is well known for its bad work life balance. You will be ordered to work late night, it not unusual to get a call after midnight and work on something called "urgent" or "business priority" for stupid things. You will have mental and physical health issues if you don't adapt with the culture. Manager and HR will threaten you with termination and bad review or even legal cases to abide with them what they ask you to do.
