It would be hard to have them sign off on an acquisition by mega tech, but there’s several other smaller companies that could meaningfully use that acquisition. Shopify, Pinterest, etc. But I imagine that they have expressed that already, and spiegel doesn’t want to sell

Social networks are tricky. I did not buy meta at 90 last year because I dont understand their business. They are more like a fad and depend extremely on a perception of being cool. Meta now is on next level. But ultimately someday it will stop being cool and die down. I cant time the market. So I dont get into social networking stocks. It's a gamble if you wish to take
