Keep your guard up. Layoffs can happen.
HPE will let Juniper cut at least 10% on their own before taking over. That's usually how they do it.
Almost a year to close the deal. I am not sure why Juniper is laying off so soon after the announcement.
Reduce costs to make a deal look better.
