By the time you account for CoL differences itโs probably not enough TC to make any significant difference. Choose based on location.

30k sign on with Walmart is for you to be there for 2yrs Software Engineer 3 is not senior position. Check with team at Walmart about culture. Culture is highly dependent on team. 15% bonus is max target achievable based on your performance and overall company performance.
oh so its not that you would get 15% fixed bonus . you can also get 5 or 10? Also what does 50k/3 mean for stocks? does that mean in the first year one would get 16k usd worth of wm stocks?
QOL will tank Co->Ca. Sunnyvale is stinky, dusty, and boring.
Ask for new hire stock grant which should be another 50k/3. Also, ask if they can bump your level to senior.
