150k base + 110k sign on + 150k RSU The usual Amazon vesting cadence of course, where sign on is split to 2 years and stock is vested across 4 years. Is it a good deal? 10+ years of experience.

I would say that is is on the low side. Hopefully Microsoft is paying you equivalent or more.
Probably the only thing decent about that deal might be the signing. For an L6 seems like a low offer. I'd be asking for at least 160k (which is max base) and 320-350k in RSUs

L6 SDE pay != L6 PM pay
