There are refreshers but they only give them if you perform
What does it mean? You don't get any on average ratings? That's cheap man.
Refreshers exist, similar policy to other tier 1/2 companies. They are solid and you can do well if you perform at the top of your level.
Obviously all pre-IPO, but I’ve gotten decent refreshes (I’ve also gotten good ratings). Even with the refreshes, I’ll have a TC drop at 4 years if I’m still here.
Why stay then? Serious question.
Pinterest sometimes offers one off refreshers to prevent this from happening, but I’m not intending to stay past four years

Pinterest offers pretty good refresh if you perform. Pinterest also adjust your compensation from time to time if it thinks that you are paid below market level.
They also cut your compensation if they think u are paid above market level. True story.
As far as I know, P doesn’t have any refresher
