asking for spouse. how many days does it take to receive feedback after onsite. recruiter said 2 days but it never happened

Just depends on when the debrief gets scheduled, so dependent on the calendars of all your interviewers. Can range from a couple days to a week later. I'd just keep following up with the recruiter
Some times it can take a few extra days if the feedback is relatively positive but they dont think you're a fit for the team you interviewed with. It takes time to pitch to other managers, esp with performance reviews going on right now. Or could be hiring manager is sick/busy. Or your feedback was bad and it's not a priority to get back to you right away. Who knows.
Debrief is usually the next day or the day after that depending on schedule. They then will call you that same day of debrief if it’s an offer. I’m sure there are edge cases where it gets delayed but that’s the standard from what I’ve seen. They also sometimes leave people hanging as backups if someone else doesn’t accept an offer.
If they dont call on the day of debrief, then its rejection?
