Does having Salesforce on my resume will make it very easy to get interviews at Pinterest, Hubspot, square, google, uber and other similar companies. I plan to stay a year and then start interviewing, just wanna see how much effort its gonna take to get interview calls. TC: ~235k (year1) YOE: 1.3 #google #pinterest #hubspot #square #salesforce #tech
I wouldn’t mention salesforce on my resume. It’s an embarrassment.
Naa, I know it carries weight. Just wanna know how much. is it like if I apply, I will get interview easitly or will need to spam hiring managers and all.. just like I did previously to get interviews
Lmao Salesforce
I dont believe Salesforce is a bad name. I just wanna see how easy it is getting interviews after 1 year.
I think the one year job hop move is over. Rest and vest for a few until recruiting really picks up. Lots of people with Salesforce in their resume now, it isn’t really top prestige as it use to be
Id say ride out the 4 years and get all that stock. Then you can try for senior
my TC will fall to just a little more than 200k, I know its not bad in seatle but I can get more elsewhere after having 2 yeo exp total. Do you see Salesforce people easily getting interviews?
Jst greedy ..
I will accept this. I am being greedy, but aren't we working because we are getting paid? I would not work if I am not being paid.
Stay for 2 years. Learn things around in Salesforce and how they do things. Meanwhile keep leetcoding. But stay for a bit.
Do something meaningful at Salesforce. Just “I work at Salesforce” won’t give you any advantage of getting an offer….
not an offer, but an interview call. Do you think Salesforce name would easily get me a phone screen ?
No one gives a shit. Start interviewing now.
I recently joined Salesforce, I think I will need to stay at least a year
Any particular reason to stay for one year ?
