when explaining your experience, you want to share frameworks and libraries you used, but ndas say you're not supposed to. some job descriptions explain stacks quite explicitly though, so that information would be considered public right? where is the line drawn of what you are allowed to share?
Another way to shield yourself is be vague on team and don't mention specific products, if possible. Then talk tech all you want because it can't be associated with use case

I'm just trying to look for a practical way to know what is or isn't allowed. if a company has job descriptions sharing requirements with specific frameworks, then that information is public. if I worked there, then it wouldnt be considered confidential to put those same frameworks on my resume no?
