Joining snap next month with a grant of close to 675k over 3 year. Stock popped 25% today after earnings - will be getting in at ATH 😭😭😭

Why is that a bad thing? (Sorry, I'm new and genuinely want to know)
Hard to keep support at ATH
What does that have to do with working there?
I had offer at $11😂😂😂 dumb to not join in hindsight
So let me get this straight, the TC, which includes RSU, is locked in as of the stock price as of the day you get your offer?
It’s usually the avg value of the stock from the previous month. To get around this, if you feel the stock will drop for whatever reason some people negotiate to get their agreed upon RSU amount matched with whatever the stock price is at the time they join. Other way is to just get a hard stock count of Example, 3000 and regardless of what the price is when you join that’s what you get.
I'm interviewing with Amazon and will probably need to know this if they extend an offer
How do we calculate the grant price??
Why cry over stock bump when you didn't work/earn for it? Snap is still a growth stock with plenty of opportunities to reach multiples of current stock price.
Whats the total tc? Yoe ?
