For that much money I'd take the risk of being at ByteDance. Although you might want to exhaust applying to other companies, everyone has been ranting and raving over easier onsites.

In a similar boat (thankfully) and going for it! TBH the whole reason to look outside is to move on from where you are. Gotta remember why did you even start interviewing in the first place. Also, interviewers are not dumb. They're hiring you because they know you can do it. So if you are doubting yourself at least take into consideration the folks who hired you and you'll be working with. If you think they're smart and they hired you, there's a reason for it and just trust the process. If you think they're dumb and they hired you, you're safe knowing that you'll be able to have your way around them as you did in the interview. 😄
