Defining happy here as "you would rate your overall experience at the company as 7/10 or better" feel free to sound off why or why not.
wlb is good, people is nice, work is not very exciting...yeah i am in aws not Oracle.
What’s Oracle, OCI, is like? Having interview with them.
Aws is great
Depends on the team. The team I was on was pretty awful wlb. Everyone was counting days until they vested / didn’t have to repay hiring package.
hiring package - means the relocation amount?
I was happy as an intern at amazon and had really good wlb but my team's oncall was hell so I didn't go back
I like it here. Great wlb (<40hrs/wk), much better comp than I got at my last job, and I get to work from home every day.
You will get PIPed soon, don't worry. 😂😂😂😂
How long have you been at Amazon? Have you made it through a round of performance management yet?
Yes, Jeff B is.
