seeing a lot of negative posts about lyft and ride sharing company in general. is it a bad idea to consider switching from a cloud storage company to a ride sharing company?

I’m not sure if we can be one of the dominant players in the collaboration space. Not bullish about the way we are executing these big ideas - it’s very solution based vs problem based. We are never explicit about what problems we are solving for whom.
