USAA SALARY
I'm not sure how many AML Compliance Analysts are out there... but I'd like to know how much Compliance Analyst salaries pay at USAA and possibly other companies so I can have a benchmark of what to expect. Current TC : 70k

Id avoid USAA if at all possible. Salaries are low. they hype up the bonuses and benefits a lot despite slowly destroying them. Tons of compliance issues and fines that get passed down to workers while the executives get bigger and bigger salaries and bonuses year after year.
The salary is low at USAA. They make up for it with the 8% 401k match, holiday bonus and Christmas bonus. It’s not bad.

What does Work Life Balance look like at USAA ? You mentioned that they make up for salary with bonus do they pay their bonus at full 100% of the target ?
Also, curious what are the salary levels at Director or Exec Director levels at USAA ?
I made $143K on year one as an IT Director. Merit increase to $149K the next year. The problem is a Director at USAA is like a manager at other place. Exec Director is a nice bump is where the executive level begins. Note USAA greatly reduced bonuses, retirement contribution, etc.
