Yes there is no specific hiring freeze. Reqs were removed mostly due to economy and issues onboarding. Chances are space is more a constraint.

There are teams with open reqs. Haven’t heard of any hiring freeze. In fact I was asked for referrals.
Rumors say until the end of the year, but I don't have any facts. Also note a few teams are still hiring as an exception.
