My Lyft drivers have been terrible the last few times. Theyā€™ll drive right by me and go around the block. Like where the fuck are you going thereā€™s a pinned pickup location for a reason.

When I spoke to my Uber/Lyft drovers, it is more accurate to put your location as an exact address. If you drop pin on location, it only shows them a general area.

Once I was handicapped and had trouble walking so wanted the driver to be at exact location I mentioned, and it was not that hard, there was lots of space there. But then he decides to go on the other side of the street and park there and ask me to come there. This is why I use Uber/Lyft only during extreme emergencies. Most of the times it takes the same time as transit and costs 15x.

The rating should reflect reality. He is not perfect. Every rider should give their honest perspective because itā€™s representative of that drivers historical performance.

I had a lyft driver cancelled a ride right in front of the rider, man, thatā€™s messy. She tried to grab my side of the door and the driver started escalating. Drama!
