As someone who is just getting started needed some advice from those who have worked at big tech companies, I looked at several blind posts where people who are earning high TCs are depressed and alone, is it worth the sacrifice ?
People are depressed because they yearn for higher TCs, higher positions, better work and forget happiness lies within. Truly toxic workplaces are also a reason though not that common. Sitting on your butt and earning high $$ is a pretty sweet deal for risk averse common folks

Misdiagnosed As a Child
For 15 months i worried 9 11 7, it was worth it as I learned so much and was able to double my tc. Switched to 965 org, and work was like walk in the park.
WLB is that bad in PayTM? Which 965 org are you currently working for?
Well 9 11 7 was in Amazon, in Paytm it's 965. In Amazon it was outlier scenario as was trying to solve covid surger. My wlb was screwed up because of asshole manager and skip. In Paytm have relatively better manager. But majority of folks will have opposite experience when they compare Amazon and Paytm
