hey guys I’ve avoided being on linkedIn all together because of personal reasons. How has linkedIn helped you with your career growth and finding jobs? do recruiters contact you through there?
Yes, recruiters contact me there. I get about 1-2 InMails a week.
LinkedIn was never meant for personal use but you had to leave it for personal reasons. I hope it was worth it. Maybe you can consider getting back.
LinkedIn has helped me get numerous interviews and “Ins” at companies. It’s also just super helpful for learning structure and teams at various organizations
Got my job at LinkedIn through LinkedIn 😀

How?? I’ve interviewed at Facebook, Twitter, FOX, Google...LinkedIn won’t ever bite on me even with my pristine LinkedIn and premium membership 😂😩
LinkedIn was how I landed two of my previous FT jobs. On the flip side, I have also applied for about 100 jobs in the last many years via LinkedIn, and never got even a call back. So there's that as well.
LinkedIn got me my current job, and my next
LinkedIn is how I’ve gotten every job
LinkedIn is 98% of how I get interviews
