Advanced QE Level - 3 Yoe- 6 Pay - 110k Thoughts?? I saw that level 3 is a tough spot to grow. I have masters degree + 6 yrs exp. Can someone hive me insights? #tech #honeywell
Avoid Honeywell at all costs. Very bad company, headed the same way as GE. The compensation you are receiving is also very low, you could do better. And it's almost impossible to go to band 4 if you start at band 3.
DO NOT GO TO WORK HERE. They will try to fire you at every opportunity they get. Suuuuuper toxic and run by old school Boomer mentality. If you have already taken the job, DO NOT RELO WITH THEIR PACKAGE UNTIL YOU KNOW THAT YOUR WORK SITUATION IS STABLE. Sorry for the all caps. If they fire you, lay you off or move your role to Asia, you will get a bill for their relocation services....and it is not cheap. If you don't pay it back, they will absolutely financially crush you by sending it to collections and by taking you to court
