Magic leap likes to poach from my company from time to time. It's not uncommon for people to leave here for 200k/y+ positions at Magic Leap in their Florida office from what I've heard. It's all grapevine knowledge though so the only thing I know for sure is there were significant pay bumps. Not sure about San Francisco though. You might want to @Magic Leap here, they would know more than me about it.
if they are still poaching software engineers means company still investing :)
