Depends on what you like to eat. Prep and cooking will vary drastically, cost is usually less for a comparable meal.

How do you manage now? If you cook you can definitely save money and also eat healthy. Even though it takes time in the long run its worth it for your health. Cooking is a essential skill to have!

Meal prep and freeze once you get into the habit of it is quick, easy, cheap, and can be much healthier

My most basic meals are lentil pasta with ground beef and ricearoni with broccoli and chicken thighs. I buy my meat in bulk from Costco and freeze it. I unfreeze 1 portion a day. Getting an airfryer is also nice. They work really well with Costco party wings.

I heard the creator of this budgeting app/site called You Need A Budget on a podcast once saying that every single person he’s ever talked to who was trying to be better about budgeting/spending less money decreased the amount that they were getting food out. It is absolutely a money saver to learn to cook.

Soylent 100%

There’s also Huel, it’s more filling, but doesn’t taste as good. They actually have tested people surviving on it 100% as well.

Cooking won’t save you time. It will save you money and generally is healthier. As entry level you can do the food deliveries that then you have to cook so you have recipe to follow and can see what you like to make

Get a stay at home wife (or husband). Saves time, but not money
