What’s your company’s family leave policy? Specifically, maternity and paternity?
8 weeks paid at 100% plus short term disability on top of that for the mother plus another 5days of family health leave days that can be used individually or added to maternity leave.
16 weeks maternity, 8 weeks paternity, with Paid Family Leave.
22 weeks maternity, 12 weeks paternity. Both paid
12 weeks paid at 100% maternity and paternity leave (this also applies to adoption)
8 weeks maternity + 12 weeks parental leave ( for both birth or non birth parents) all paid at 100%. So a total of 20 weeks for birth moms. Bonus is prorated based on leave
Plus 2 weeks of disability leave before baby arrives. 1 week of that is unpaid unless you use sick time, second week is paid 100%. If you go over due date, you continue to be paid 100% until baby arrives.
10 weeks paid for both. Small company.
Paid out at 100% without taking short-term disability? Thanks!
