what is the best strategy to recover from meets most at level 6?
Work with your Manager and figure it out. I think 1 MM shouldn’t be a huge deal.

Meets most is not a deal breaker and you can get them half after half. If you dip into meets some then you will end on a PIP and out. If you want to get meets all or exceeds then talk to your manager and say “what do I need to show you in this work to meet all expectations?” And “what would knock or out of the park and achieve exceeds?” If they can’t tell you what that is (given level appropriate concerns of course) then get a new manager.

Keep in mind that during your next review after a Meets Most, you are not likely to receive another Meets Most rating. If your performance improved and got back on track, you'd get Meets All or above. If your performance declined or remained the same, you will typically get Meets Some.
Does meets most mean you are in a PIP?
first time I am getting it and only ine one area so not sure, what is PIP
