Current CTC:20L Variable:3L YOE: 5 Paypal offer: Swe2 position T3 Fixed CTC: 20L Variable : 3L Stock : 15 k vested over 3 years I also have an offer from gs they are yet to rollout the numbers.
They’ll keep you as se2 for 2 years at least. Not worth it.
Why do you want to join with same ctc. Joining as se2 is a joke for your profile. Ask for se3

firstly negotiate for SE3 considering your exp of 5 years unless you are in dire need . .or else negotiate for more stocks since you are not getting any base pay increase

They are offering you very very low. People with your exp are easily getting base of 25

I had 5 rounds. In first 3 rounds there where 2 coding questions in each. Hld in 4 th round. In 5th round pure java and spring boot.
