Current situation - h1 picked. I have heard of layoff in my company. I also don't have good terms with manager due to overwork and weekend work. Ead end date - 5th June 2024. I have not applied for stem extension yet. I want to know what all options I have. Should I apply for premium process for ead ? Considering layoff can come anytime and if we don't have physical ead card you can't change employer. Also, USCIS take good amount of time for ead process. Someone who was in similar situation what decision you people took? TC 150k Yoe - 7 #visa #swe

If something unfortunate happens request them and delay it to 1 oct and try to get h1b done. The probability to get picked in future draws is uncertain
Most companies are considerate hopefully for work authorization purposes
