Strong interview performance, according to the recruiter. Probably over prepared, but did over ~200 LC problems over a period of several months. I also had a pretty solid counter offer which helped cut down on the back and forth during offer negotiations. Really shitty timing in terms of stock price though. Can't think of stock timing these days. Meta's fwd guidance seems to look good, but at the same time, there is a huge ? about company sustaining good rev growth with DAUs flattened and their moat. Meta has been incredibly good at staying relevant and thrive in a tough space, i.e... social media. Can't think too much long-term at any company these days ...so might as well rock it hard at Meta 😆

Congrats. Leetcode didn't make this offer. It's your behavioral and system designs. For E6 candidates, don't waste your time for more LC questions. Coding doesn't decide your level. For sure, E6s are required to code mostly, but coding can be done by E5 or under as well. BTW, the offer looks super solid.
Don't understand. E6 interviews are still LC heavy, just like E5. E6 evaluated on LC just as rigorously as E5. Isn't that right?
No. No. No. Behavior and SD decide the level. If you are seasoned with some speciality, some weak problem solving can be easily excused. E6s are not code monkey.
