This company is has around 250 employees. These people will treat you like a slave and throw you if you don't comply. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to revising projects that were initially poorly executed. You are consistently scheduled for on-call duty, requiring you to be available for nine consecutive hours, during which your mobile device constantly receives notifications. Furthermore, you are often compelled to work without taking lunch breaks. Consequently, you find yourself in a situation where you are criticized for your inability to accomplish tasks beyond managing the on-call responsibilities. #tech #engineer #2ndshift
