Massage is pretty subjective, what kind are you looking for?
Back massage due to poor working posture
I assume you’re in Seattle. Lake Union Massage has pretty much built its entire business around Premera. Lots of good massage therapists there but they sell you hard on the chiropractic services.
First go see a chiropractor.
Thanks
I would second the chiropractor recommendation. I have gone to a great massage therapist at Rain Coty Integrative Medicine. (Seriously-beforehand I had trouble turning my neck, after I had ~90% mobility). I would also recommend that after you get this sorted out, to keep up some sort of maintenance program with the massage therapist or chiropractor. For instance I’ve gone to Chiro 4x this year and massage 6x, but it’s the first year in a while where I haven’t dealt with those poor posture injuries. I like to think it’s partly due to the self-care and periodic resets before things get too bad.
Thanks
Do u need a happy ending too ?
