Solid offer. FYI it’s a total cluster there rn. I just got out and I’m one of many who have left in the past two years. Here’s why: Nike has a ton of challenges right now.. they’ve been going through a rolling reorg+layoffs for the past 18months and it’s been the worst handled reorg I’ve ever seen in my career. Trust and morale are very low right now. Some of the worst leadership I’ve ever seen. Attrition has gone parabolic…. Especially the past two months I would be very careful about making the move. Nike has limited themselves to just making apparel and footwear. A very narrow minded approach. IMHO Nike is just riding the wave of stimulus spending / brand appeal and is running out of time. TLDR: Ask yourself what you would really hope to get out of an opportunity at Nike. Do your own research on Nike - read reviews on blind and browse thelayoff.com and come to your own conclusion.
I would not disagree. There's a lack of solidarity that has been missing. People are leaving left and right. There isn't a week that goes by that i don't see another colleague on LinkedIn leaving. First it was the layoff then now people are just bouncing. I hear the layoffs are going to be happening again....
