JPMorgan Chase is a Shithouse
JPMC is probably the biggest shithouse company for tech workers in the USA. Here, YOE and tenure is everything. Some days I feel like I am working in some DMV/USPS or some federal institution. I would advise any job seekers to only consider this shithouse if you donโt have any other options. I thought Amazon was too intense for me and was glad to be laid off. After a year at Chase, my Amazon days feel heavenly. At least I was heard there. #tech
