I am interviewing with Narvar for eng manager role and I am hearing mixed feedback from people. How is the culture there? Saw some bad Glassdoor reviews. Any feedback is helpful.
We've made a lot of culture improvements over the last year. It's a high growth high stress company, though, and that's not for everybody.
very fast paced company. lots of growth opportunities and potential.
As of Q2 2019, the company is stalling a bit. Hiring has slowed down and they are not closing new big deals in growth markets. It seems most Eng jobs are shifting to India. Not many professional growth opportunities either.
