There’s going to be an emergency shut down
In the interview process for a Data Engineering position at Walmart. Had a 1 hour call with the hiring manager and he implied I'd be going to the next round. My recruiter said it'll be an onsite with 3-4 people panel interview. Can anyone share their experience and more on what to expect? #walmart #dataengineer #interview
Maybe. Depends on grade/level of the role. Though unless you are being forced out of Amazon I would suggest staying there, purely based on many Amazon folks who joined us these last few months
I am needing to relocate to Dallas due to personal reasons and Amazon's RTO/RTT policy doesn't allow me to do so that is why I am looking else where. Can you elaborate more on why I should stay at Amazon? Is leaving Amazon for Walmart due to RTO not the best move right now?
Basically the way how Amazon operates in general > Walmart You will be doing so much paper pushing, escalation and endless churns along with P1 that just burn ppl out
@cheapbro having a bad experience does not mean everyone does. Left Amazon offer for walmart and am happy with my choice.
Would you share your interview experience? Fresh DE (non-technical background only SQL) preparing for DE interviews, wanting to see what I need to learn for most DE interviews.
Does Walmart offer higher TC than Amazon?
The compensation range the recruiter provided is something I am comfortable leaving Amazon for due to my current situation right now but I think overall Amazon offers more TC than Walmart
