Here’s the numbers for a MidMarket/Enterprise AE Role: -$100k base, $240k ote -$130k in RSU, 1 yr cliff, vests over 4 years Anyone from Klaviyo have advice on how and where to negotiate? Also if anyone has any insight in to the sales culture specifically in the mid market / ent space that would be greatly appreciated. Current TC: $88k base, $109k ote, $45k RSUs of HUBs vesting over 3 years from a promotion and $30k in RSUs (about half currently vested) for signing with hubspot

Yes, 25% each year. First year, it vests on a yearly cliff. Following years it vest on quarterly cliffs.
wrong use of cliff, that isnt cliff. In your case , you have a 4 year cliff(literal meaning, if you don’t get additional RSUs then your TC falls down the the cliff)
What are refreshers like at Klaviyo? In general how does your stock based compensation work? Do you get more grants every year?
What does OTE mean? (On track earnings? Is that same as TC?)
On target earnings. So hitting 100% of quota = earning $240k/yr
