I don't get it? Why reach out to candidates when you can't really talk about what your company does. Their recruiting team wants me to read the whole blog, watch the video when they ping me on LinkedIn. Sorry but i have a day job and that should be your job to tell me about podium and not get mad at me if i didn't see ur CEO's video. Avoid, bad experience with their recruiters
You didn’t read their blog and website yet????
I personally did not have that experience
Are you in sales? If so - I hear lots of retention issues atm. I like the company but wondering if I would be coming in at a bad time
I didn't have the same experience when I applied a while back. Happy to answer any questions for you though
What does TC look like for mobile devs? 9+ yoe.
I won't have a very good answer for you, but I know base salaries for senior (L4) engineers are around $150-175k. Bonuses and equity on top of that can vary a lot. 9+ years will likely put you above L4. Also, this is what I know for Utah-based employees. We allow ful remote now so salaries go up for higher cost of living areas.
