Exploding offer from Autodesk
I got an exploding offer from Autodesk which seems kind of average for a Singapore based role but is way higher than what I currently make, and it seems like they don't work their employees to death like most Asian companies They want me to sign it in 2 days even after I verbally asked that they give me more time to consider it and they seemed to agree. Considering the start date given is 3 months from now this seems to be entirely unreasonable I also have an on-site/final interview with Amazon Canada on the day of the exploding offer, and Amazon have said they will give the result of the interview within 5 days after the final interview I'm not exactly confident I will pass the Amazon interview though and don't want to lose both options entirely Any idea how I should approach this situation? You can always ask for more time. The alternative is accept the position and continue interviewing. If you get hired at Amazon I don’t think future employers will care about your short time at Autodesk Based on your current tc I’d say take Autodesk and keep interviewing
Yes. Do this. If there isn't a penalty in the offer letter just accept at Autodesk and continue interviewing at Amazon. The start date is 3 months away so no risk of having a short stint on your resume. Just know that if you flip on Autodesk they won't hire you in the future.
The Autodesk Singapore team is a good group. Well paced, planned, and good WLB. Your office is core to our platform and secure. Biased, but take the Autodesk offer.
If they don’t give you time, you take it. Accept the offer and if you find a better offer, withdraw from autodesk. Don’t be nice to people who aren’t nice to you
While the TC is low I’ve heard good things about Autodesk and their Singapore office. Take it and enjoy.

2 day exploding offer for a joining date 3 months in the future? What a joke. Just accept the offer and decide later.
How many YOE do you have? and what grade was the Autodesk offer?
