Good offer according to MS standard. Microsoft rarely budge on negotiation. They stick to what they offer.
They offered me 53 base and 100k stocks last week, this one is way better. Take it if it's a decent hike. Negotiation will not be possible for your offer I believe. Also mention your current TC so that you can get more help.

What is your TC at Amazon and did you disclose that to the recruiter? Also, what did they initially offer?
I am based out of the US. Can’t really use my Amazon TC for leverage. I did disclose it. My current TC is $485k($640k with stock appreciation). The initial offer was base at 65 L and stocks at $200k.
