How’s EPAM Systems Bangalore/Hyderabad? How’s their culture , wlb etc. TC: 280k
Its great company with awesome wlb
(Edit: If you want to join EPAM, read below) I have some employees at my firm, as contractors from epam. They are definitely good at what they do, but are always looking forward to be a perm. Seeing that you're at Msft, you'd be downgrading, tbh. Think about the contractors who were in your company. You'd work your ass off and whenever there's a "cost cutting" rumour you would be worried.
Wrong to make an assumption that OP wants to switch
Ooo... yeah I see.
Better than most software services companies in india, in terms of pay, engineering focus..

Though it might sound cliched but it really depends on the project and the client. Much of the blore and hyd centers cater to client based model. They have a good portfolio of clients, mastercard, ms, google, etc. They work as vendors for different projects with these clients and not on their products. They are one of the better payers among service based model companies.
