How exactly does Hinge matchmaking work?

Any #hinge employees here care to divulge? It’s pretty clear there is an ELO/MMR system. Is “beginner boost” a thing? What does paying for premium actually do for your elo/mmr (if anything?) I always have pretty good success for the first month then it dies off. Then i try buying a month of premium and things are rolling again Also when remaking an account how important is it to use a new email vs new phone number vs both? Tc: 🥜 @Hinge
