I have a start offer for physical design ... The start-up is in series A funding. I am not sure of the valuation. Their recent funding is 25M and founded in 2021. Offer : 250K base + 25K bonus + 60K stock units (paper money) Current TC: 190K ( Grade 7 at Intel) I like the startup company and its position but I am a little skeptical if the next year's market is not good and if the start-up didn't do well and if it is difficult to get into companies because they are in a hiring freeze. Is it risky to take this position? Immigration : h1B + GC EAD Please help me take the decision. #intel #apple #startup #riskalyze #microsoft #startups #design #physicaldesign #offers #tech #hardware #engineer #wlb
Name of the company?
What kind of product line are they working on? Do they strong management team? I mean at least one start up experience to the C level people. Money is getting tight. So if you don’t believe in the team, just don’t go. Not worth it.
Management team is decent …. They are working on hearing aids
I don’t know if the product is interesting enough to IPO’d or get it acquired. Mostly ppl join startup for these two reasons so that they can hit it big. Without much info of your personal circumstances, I would stay away.
Role? Remote? $60K equity per year or over 4 years?
Physical design … 60k units …paper money .. over 4 yrs
You need the strike price and preferred price to evaluate equity
Please comment for any suggestions… I would really appreciate
