Applied Materials Salary
Can anyone provide some inputs on Applied Materials E3S salary band as a Mechanical Engineer? Current base salary: 136k

E3 should be 135k base + 20k bonus + 30k stock TC ~ 190k

This is impossible at AMAT for E3. AMAT TC very dependent on grade. E3 is entry grade for new PhD. 120k base + 10k bonus + 6k rsu, TC is 135 k is more reasonable

That's good for E3. Afaik it's just E3 now without S. Fight like hell to get to E4.
