portfolio rebalance - where to invest?
looking to cut my losses good stocks under losses: VZ,DE,AMZN,T,VTI,UL,CRM,META,MMM,ISRG,SAP,SLV,INTC,TSM,VTRS,NFLX,TTD,ABNB,DIS investments on all these put together down by 20% going to investing further on these to bring down the cost basis other lossy holdings in portfolio: ETSY,WBD,SQ,COUR,PYPL,Z,SHOP,LMND,TDOC,COIN,ZM,FCEL,BNGO,RIOT investments on these are down by 70% overall..letting them be for time being (read standing clueless) wanted to see what my blind brethren have to say of this...any thoughts on which of these would make for better investments?

why not just buy qqq instead of managing so many of these stocks
As long as you are aware that you can’t actually change the cost basis of the first lot. So bringing down the cost basis in this case is an attempt to break even when they go up a little bit
yeah...thats the idea
