Started a conversation with a recruiter at #sourcegraph. Their product looks interesting and not many competitors yet in the market, fully remote with Bay Area level pay is very tempting. However, based on the reviews, it looks like the company has been struggling since late 2022 after a layoff. I was wondering if it is risky to join them at the current economic climate….
I think it’s a great product, but wonder how much of a threat code-spitting assistants will be to it
Risk is relative. It depends on where you are now.
Long runway, great customers. Ask the recruiters or ask for a CEO interview in the process if you are at all concerned about the risk.
Hi, could i please DM for sourcegraph referral?
