low for the Boston area? based on some other info from the area, outside of FAANG, it seems like it's in the right range to me.

Why would you take a pay cut AND relocate?
Curious to hear how things have gone for you with this offer. I'm almost through the final round of interviews and I'm hopeful I'll get an offer as well for an EM position. To echo others, what's got you willing to relocate for a pay cut? I already live in the Boston area and love it. I hope you will to, but I'm always interested in what motivates people.

First of all don't base anything on the stock there are no guarantees. Also the leadership is questionable at best. Think very carefully before making a decision.
