How is the culture and WLB at Pantheon Systems(Webops)?
I have heard good things about the company but if anyone has any personal experience and can share their insights.
Team dependent, but trending down. Leadership is determined to grow the company at all costs, including a knowing degradation of the culture.

Depends on the team you work on, but I can say they make a very active effort in being in tune with culture and diversity, and promote taking RTO as needed, at least with most managers I've worked with.
