I have 3 401Ks. 1 from MSFT, one from Daimler Voya and one from Netapp. Where do you suggest I roll them over? Should I just let them be? TC 135K
Combine them
Look at the fees they charge. Most administrators charge more for ex employees, if you are being charged more then roll them over. The only caveat to this is if your investment options suck with your current plan.
Roll them into your current company’s plan. That’s what I did
Or if you don’t like the funds make it a single IRA in vanguard. But keep in mind with this you can’t do a backdoor Roth.
ETrade or Fidelity should be good.

401Ks are protected from creditors, IRAs are not. 401K is better asset protection than IRA.
