Offers Evaluation
Hi all, Currently serving as MTS in PayPal and have few offers in hand. Considerable ones are from Salesforce and Zscaler with both crossing 1cr INR. Zscaler’s offer is little shy of what Salesforce is offering but there is a better chance of moving into managerial role then compared to SF. I wanted to know opinions for you all in order to make an informed decision. For me WLB and Stability would be pivotal, please help. YOE: 10
Why ask people without posting tc?
Because as I have mentioned both offers are above 1cr and don’t have much diff between them
So I wanted to get opinions based on wlb and stability
Breakup of both offers?
Whats MTS level at paypal? How did you jump From MTS to LMTS and Principal?

Sde1, sde2, sde3, mts1, mts2, principal mts, distinguished mts.
There's a difference in Principal and Principle....

Don't join Salesforce, you will regret in a month
What makes you say so? Is it the WLB or the quality of work ??
Both. Wlb is very bad and pip is becoming too much common here
Post your current TC, offer break ups and your YOE for relevant answers. Otherwise, people might assume and vote
