I have kept opendoor on my job search radar for some time. Excitingly they turned profitable this earring report but stock plummeted at the same time. Maybe it is a great time to join but I am also curious if stock market values opendoor correctly? YOE 8 Tc 350k
What business do you think open door is doing?
I have Opendoor stock. Down 75%. I see rising interest rate will put pressure to their margin for flipping. So definitely it's risky there. OTOH, I really like the end product- so I believe the market will reward the execution ultimately. However I have often been wrong as well, I feel Zoom is a great product, far ahead of competition. Similarly Robinhood, with all the criticisms against it and some feature limitations, knocks the big banks out of park as far as the product is concerned. But market sentiment often trumps quality.
lol , you have more faith in the company than many opendoor employees

Reading their points, I feel that OD is a good buy at this point. Especially after they turned profitable
A company trading for less than the value of their current assets. Definitely not undervalued! /s
Chamath is sneaky af. Would not trust him.
The company is profitable now. It does not matter who did spac and what was done.
