Qatar Airlines
Has anyone traveled by Qatar- Indigo from US to India? Are there any delays/issues when you have to travel by indigo between Mumbai and Dubai? All emirates costs $1500+ and emirates indigo costs $1200. Is it worth taking the risk for $300?
I travelled in Aug. Flight was on time but indigo was the worst flight. The legspace is very limited and I literally stand during the whole journey
Why you guys keep going through Dubai route. I haven't had good experience with Emirates, when I travelled with them 3 times in last 10 years. Choose Delta, British Airways, they are far better.
British economy price is like Qatars business. And I have read negative reviews for British. Delta, food wonât be good I guess. Qatar is one of the best airways . Only thing i hate is 16 hour flight between Qatar and US instead of 10-12 through Europe

When I travelled I had both legs Qatar better experience than emirates . But Nov December there is World Cup in qatar plan ahead
Is it the same PNR number? If yes, then itâs not your headache. If they delay, itâs the airlinesâ responsibility to book you in the next flight
I avoid multiple airlines and third party sites for buying flight tickets. It would be easy to deal if you buy from Qatar website in case of delays/cancellations.

I travelled few days ago from Sharjah to Qatar via Qatar airways. Prices are high right now due to World Cup and Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi
Try to buy it on the same ticket directly from an airline, in case of delays, they'll re-route you or give you a hotel. if two different tickets, they won't care about delays
Purchase a travel insurance. If your flight gets delayed you can always get the money back
You mean emirates doesnât put you on another flight? They have code share with Indigo , right?
You will need to clear up with them. I think in case where your flight gets delayed and you miss the Indigo flight then Qatar is responsible to solve the goofup. Thatâs too much of pain if you ask as in some cases it will prolong your halt or denied service and you will have to book another flight (however itâs unlikely for the later to happen) Having a travel insurance specifically helps you secure your money (flight tickets/baggage mess/hotels in some cases and meals) and I wouldnât mind putting another $100 since you are already saving some cash
