what are your biggest pain points when you are relocating an employee? for example, knowing how long they are in corp housing before they find their own place - big deal for you or no? others?
I did the same thing as @notLloyd, just took the money and I managed all the logistics myself with cheaper and booked a apartment before relocating also, in my case distance was very less it’s only 5 hrs drive
oh, it was a 30 hr drive for me...
Depends if you’re mostly hiring new grads/early to career or senior level and management. If someone owns a house, has a family, etc their relo needs are much different.
i just took the money, packed/drove myself, then locked down the first cheap/trendy apartment while on the road.
