Zoom acquires Five9. Thoughts?

Its a survival move Since its all stock deal - no harm
Zoom has been doing really good in the last year and so was Five9. I know it was all because of pandemic. Wait to see what happens post pandemic.
the volume of meetings and new customers will go down as people get into office So they need more ways of selling service
